Outreach Services

The purpose of this outreach service is to improve access to healthcare and support patients in all locations, including Kaikohe, Kaitaia, Waipapa, and everywhere in between.

Outreach enables Broadway Health to provide services beyond the clinic walls to reach patients and Whanau who face barriers to attending appointments.

​

If getting to the clinic is difficult, we do offer home visits.
